A MONTH OF SUNDAYS;
Striding Toward Spiritual Refreshment With Good Food For The Road
By Paula Hartman
A collection of short stories that deals with things from everyday life. Paula starts by defining the Sabbath in her own words, how she had observed the Sabbath in her family. The author shares stories and situations from her life. Some are humorous others are serious; all tell a story and share a spiritual learning. The author offers over 100 of her family recipes, for each of the 31 Sundays there is a full course recipe, the entree and dessert and sides. The recipes are easy to follow and are simple and easy to make. Some of the recipes are what may be called comfort food.
This book will feel the soul and body. A very enjoyable and easy to read book.
I had an ebook for my review but the cover design is eye catching and colorful. I recommend this book even if you only use the recipes but hope you will read the stories.
