66 Verses

Understanding The Entire Bible By Focusing On Just One Verse In Each Book

By Stan Guthrie

Does this title sound impossible? Stan Guthrie has composed, what he thinks, are the 66 verses that tell God's story. He offers a short commentary for each book that gives a quick look to what that book covers. He uses one verse from that book, that when put with other verses from the 66 books, tells the big picture that God's wants us to know. The book is not to replace the Bible or keep you from reading the complete Bible, just a reference for understanding the Bible. At the end of the book, Stan has a section with just the 66 verses; if you read them together, you will understand the big picture of the Bible and his point for writing this book.

I was a little skeptical when I ordered this book, but when I got it and read through it, the title made sense and found it to be a different approach to understanding God's word. I believe it could be a help to new Christians.

I received this book free from the publisher through the BookLook Bloggers <> book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255
