THE MYSTERY OF THE SHEMITAH
The 3000-year-old mystery that holds the secret of America's future and the world's future ..... and your future.
By Jonathan Cahn
The Shemitah, the Sabbath year, also called the sabbatical year is the seventh year of the seven-year agricultural cycle mandated by the Torah for the Land of Israel. What does this have to do with us today? If you have not read the authors other book, the Harbinger, I would suggest you get a copy. It is a comparison of the judgment of Israel in the year of 586 BC and the United States today. Jonathan gives evidence to things that took place over the years that are more than coincidences that they only can be from the Hand of God. He offers a list of things that have taken place and how they connect with the Shemitah years. He writes able the falling away from God by the United States and how this is connected with what has and is taking place.
I thought the information he spoke about in the Harbinger was interesting, but tie it in with this book, the Shemitah, and you get a new way of looking at our history.
A quote from the back cover; "The book you can't afford NOT to read. It is already affecting your life....And it WILL affect your future!"
Read the book, thinks about what you the information and draw your own conclusion. I think, you will see why things have to change in the United States.
The opinion expressed here is my personal opinion. I purchased this book and wanted to inform the readers of my blog what I thought of this book.

THE SKELETONS IN GOD'S CLOSET
By Joshua Ryan Butler
Does God have skeletons in His closet? If He does, are the skeletons the same as we normally think of when we say someone had skeletons in their closet? This book by Joshua Ryan Butler should help answer these questions.
The author makes reference to caricatures, which is a distorted view of something, (such as a cartoon version of a celebrity), not a true view, a photograph, of that thing or person. Joshua explains how we view God as a sadistic torturer, cold-hearted judge and a genocidal maniac; then sets the record straight with the truth. He offers examples from life and makes it easy to understand the truth.
A quote from the book:
" As we shall see, not only does God not have skeletons, God Himself is good in His very bones: not just in what He does, but in who He is; not only in His actions, but in the architecture of His character, the beauty of His being, the depths of His divine affection for the world."
The author divides the book into three sections about Hell, Judgment and Holy Wars. At the end of each chapter, Joshua gives a key idea about that chapter. The information offered should help the way we see God, not a distorted view but a true view of who God really is.

THE COMING ISLAMIC INVASION OF ISRAEL By Mark Hitchcock Final Jihad: How close are we? The battle of Gog and Magog prophesied in Ezekiel 38 and 39 is the subject of this book. A small book with a lot of information about what God has planned. The book answers the questions as to who the invading forces are and what modern day countries are involved, where it will take place and why it will happen. Mark Hitchcock, a noted writer on Bible Prophecy, tells this story in a way that is easy to understand why this is important to Christian and non-Christians. A quote from the book: "God says that the events of this great end-time battle will happen that "they will know that I am the Lord" (Ezekiel 39:6, 7, 28)”. Another quote "The purpose of the great prophecy of the Battle of Gog and Magog is to lead men and women to see the glory, majesty, and sovereignty of God so that they turn to Him and come to know who He is." The author devotes the last chapter to a invitation, to all who do not know the Lord as their personal savior, to take that step to know the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
