THE POWER OF KNOWING GOD by Kay Arthur..... If you enjoy a good Bible study this is an ideal book for you. A Bible study that will enlighten you to knowing God and the power of knowing Him. The book is set-up into 6 week Bible study sessions, but you can do them at your own pace and go as deep in the study as you wish and as long as you want. This Bible study can be studied by a couple of people or small groups in a 40 minute time period or however you want, you are not restricted to set study method. There is no homework to do, as in some studies. You get the scriptures that will be studied, but don't forget your Bibles, and also sections of discussion questions and suggestions  to observe from the scriptures.

I enjoyed this book very much and feel that you will get to know the power of God. Enjoy and Praise God for studies like this.

I received this book for free from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review thru Blogging for Books.

Exploring the unexplained

EXPLORING THE UNEXPLAINED, A Practical Guide to the Peculiar People, Places, and Things in the Bible by Trent Butler.... The ultimate A to Z resource, that what is printed on the cover, and that is a true statement. This book give you definition for the people, places and things in the Bible. Presented in the format of a dictionary, you get a brief but understandable definition of some of the simple things and difficult things that you want to ask about. It is written in a very easy to understand method and offers with each definition a question of discussion on issue to thing about. I recommend this reference book to anyone who does Bible studies and to keep it nearby when you are reading your Bible. Its not a large book so it easy to carry with your Bible. Trent Butler give a guide how to use the book to play Bible games with your study group and family.

I received this book free from the publisher through the BookSneeze®.com <http://BookSneeze®.com> book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. Prophetic Blessings

THE POWER OF THE PROPHETIC BLESSING An Astonishing Revelation For A New Generation by John Hagee...John Hagee describes the blessings of the Bible in three sections, Defining the prophetic and priestly blessings, The prophetic blessings and Releasing and receiving the blessings. He go into details as to the meaning of each kind of blessing, each description help you understand the blessings. I found this very helpful in understand how and why the blessings of the Bible are so important in our faith in Jesus Christ. Hagee also tells us that we need to follow scripture and understand the blessing of Jesus on the mount, Hagee explains the eight blessing the Jesus gave us in the gospels.

The one thing I did not like about the book was thru out the book their was highlighted section called Think on This, I don't know if Hagee done this or the publisher, but I found it distracting as I read.

I received this book free from Handlebar Marketing for a review published on my blog.

THE HARBINGERThe Ancient Mystery That Holds The Secret Of America's Future by Jonathan Cahn.... This book is full of information that will get you to thinking about what is taking place in our country and where we are headed. Cahn compare America and ancient Israel at times of attacks and how the people, of both countries, handle the destruction. Written in narrative style, The Harbinger starts with a man receiving a ancient seal. He is trying to solve the mystery about the seal when he comes in contact with a prophet, who tells him of the prophetic mysteries concerning America at 9/11 and its future. Very will written, easy to read, and hard to put down. A very powerful book on Biblical prophecy and Cahn explains how we got to this point because of our turning away from God. I recommend you read this book and pry for our country.
